What a strange life, as a student.

I’ve lived a regular 10-4 life in Mel, the main schedule in a day is study study study, then eat and sleep. I would struggle to get up before 8:30, but it’s getting harder for me because of the chilly weather. After breakfast I would rush to train station around 9:09 every morning to catch the 9:12 train. Fortunately this train used to be delayed so that I could catch it in time.
My first class starts at 10 and finishes by 12:40. It’s supported by Japanese and Korean church. The teachers usually give us some articles to read, practice the sentences and the key part is take time to discuss particular topics with the classmates. Although the class combines with Bible study, it’s full of free atmosphere and people are gental, nice and friendly.
I usually have lunch with IJ after that, and then go to the second class. It’s run by RMIT University, teachers are trainee. This class is more formal, just like a language school. We listen, read, speak, sometimes write, there’s more stressful. We practice grammar by comprehension quiz, but they don’t really teach grammar. Sometimes we got confused, but the teachers who speak English as mother tongue can’t understand what the problem is. And some teachers are very nervous when on stage, it hardly to see a humorous oz vibrate when speaking English, anyway they’re brilliant.
After all classes, I would go to library to review all the stuff. I just behave like a student in Melbourne. The people I met here are quite different from the backpackers I met before. Some of them don’t work, even don’t really travel. The main purpose of most of them to be here is improve English, I could see them attend class as routine, I could meet them in library for study. It maybe because I change my objective, from travel to study, I chose the place so that people is also changed. It’s easy for me because everyone walk toward the same direction, I just follow. I had not studied like this since I failed the entrance test of master, I even thought I couldn’t concentrate on textbook anymore. Anyway it’s nice to be a student again without any worry.
